Update the close date or contact person for a tender

Find out how to communicate changed tender information to trade invitees without any document changes. These changes can include an amended close date or allocating a new contact for a tender.
  1. When logged into BidContender, select the project required from either:
    • Your recent tenders list on the Dashboard or
    • From your All current tenders list by clicking on the Show all current tenders link on the Dashboard
  1. Click on the Tender Invitations tab 
  2. Click on Issue Addenda
  1. Type in a subject line
  2. Type in the details of your message or change in the comments box
  3. Then check the box next to the trade tender invitations for the trades that need to receive the message
  1. To change the close date for the trade tender invitations selected, click on the check box under the Revise Close Date title
  2. Click on the calendar icon and select the new close date
  3. Click on Issue Addenda
  1. To change the specified contact for the tender, click on the check box under the Update Contact title
  2. Click on the drop down box and select the new contact’s name from your company’s user list
  3. Click on Issue Addenda
