In addition to all the standard features you have access to as outlined in the video titled, ‘Fundamentals of Creating Tenders’, this video tutorial will demonstrate the additional features that you can also access.  This subscription level allows you to export your BidContender tender documents into Aconex once you’re ready to manage the construction phase, it allows you to control whom amongst your own organization’s users have access to relevant tenders and who doesn’t – perfect for confidential tenders and finally, you can re-tender a project for a second round of pricing, with a shortlist of subcontractors and suppliers, to receive sharper quotes.

Learning outcomes

By the end of this session, you’ll be able to:

  • Export your tender documents into the Aconex temporary document register in order to manage the construction phase, once the tender has been awarded to your organization
  • Switch the Tender Access Control feature on for your organization’s account
  • Grant only certain users within your own organization, access to sensitive or confidential tenders whilst others are denied access
  • Assign different levels of tender access as required
  • Re-tender certain jobs for more recent or for sharper pricing, with a shortlist of subcontractors and suppliers
