In addition to all the standard features you have access to as outlined in the video titled, ‘Fundamentals of responding to tender invitations’, this video tutorial will demonstrate the additional features that you can also access.  These additional features will help you to find new leads in Open Tenders, in an easier and quicker fashion so that you’re not wasting time on tenders that are not related to your line of work. They will help you identify which Head Contractors have been awarded jobs and they allow you to connect with Head Contractors of your choice, so you can increase your propensity of receiving more private tender invitations.    

 

What’s covered in this training video

Covered in this video is the following:

  • Identifying the jobs that have been awarded to Head Contractors and the individual within the Head Contractor organization that is managing that job
  • Working more efficiently and effectively by using the Open Tenders search tool and allowing it to identify the tenders that detail the key word or phrase you have used as your search criteria.  This allows you to focus on those tenders that are related to your line of work without having to waste time sifting through those that have nothing to do with your trade
  • Connect with Head Contractors of your choice so that you are part of their preferred list of contacts and hence, increase your propensity of receiving private tender invitations from them

By the end of this session, you’ll be able to:

  • Access the Awarded Tenders information and identify which Head Contractors have been awarded jobs
  • Focus on the awarded Head Contractor to win the job for your trade
  • Use the Open Tenders search tool to identify relevant sales leads and price more work
  • Identify those Open Tenders that relate to your line of work as well as the relevant documents within those shortlisted tenders, that detail your search word or phrase
  • Search and connect with Head Contractors that you would like to work with and be part of their preferred list of contacts, when they send private tender invitations
  • Increase the potential volume of private tender invitations received from Head Contractors
