    It’s important that your organization’s details and user list is always current and correct so others using BidContender find it easy to find your organization in the directory.  This ensures that the right information is sent to the right people.

    • Add and update your organization’s profile information and preference settings
    • Manage your organization’s user list so that it’s kept up to date

     

    Learning outcomes

    By the end of this session, you’ll be able to:

    • Access your account’s list of users and determine whom within your organization are the current account administrators
    • Add and update your organization’s information on BidContender
    • If you’re a Gold or Platinum account holder, you will learn how to create your Default Disciplines and Default Packages and select your preferred account settings
    • Upload your company logo
    • Update existing user details and create new users
    • How to allocate administrative rights to existing users and/or new users
    • Disabling user accounts for individuals that leave your organization
