How do I export my search results?
When searching for Documents or Process items, you will have the option to Export your search results. Results can usually be exported to CSV files (which can be opened in Excel or any spreadsheet program), though TDL and XML formats are sometimes available.
When Exporting Document or Process search results, the exported file contains all of the information visible in the search results, plus other related information about the items.
To Export document or process search results
- Run your search in the usual way
- Click the ExportAll Results button (e.g.)
- Select the filetype for your Export (e.g. CSV) and click
- Select whether to Open or Save the file
