How do I reset a password for my colleague?

To reset a password:

  1. Click Administration -> Company -> Company Users
  2. Search for the user in question and click on either their first or last name
  3. Enter a New Password and repeat the entry in Confirm Password
  4. Click Update User
  5. You should get a popup message advising that the password has been changed - click Ok- the new password is valid immediately

Note: When selecting a new password at step 3, be aware that passwords need to be a mix of at least 4 distinct alphanumeric characters and must contain at least 3 letters and 3 numbers. They also need to be a minimum of 8 characters in length.

Rights: Only Company Administrators can reset passwords. As a Company Administrator, you can only reset passwords for users within your own company.
