I've signed in with SSO. When I click on a project I'm being asked for my username and password. Why?
This means the particular Aconex account you are trying to access hasn't been configured to use SSO. Please ask your organization administrator to grant the Single Sign On role to that user account. This may need to be done for many of your accounts across different organizations.
A previous restriction required the email address to be unique for SSO to work correctly with Aconex - that is the reason many of your accounts will not have the Single Sign On role granted. This restriction no longer applies, so your organization administrator can grant SSO to all your Aconex accounts as required.
