Introducing the Support Portal

A new way to support you

Welcome to the new Aconex and Conject Support Portal. We’re excited to introduce this simple and convenient way for you to create and manage Service Requests.

The Support Portal will be live from November 16.

So what’s changing (and what’s not)?

Support team

  • Talk to the same friendly and knowledgeable support team
  • Give us a call with the same phone numbers

Support Central

  • Use the updated Service Request form on the Contact Us page
  • Your go-to for guides, how-tos, and online learning

Support Portal

  • The new Support Portal will be available from November 16
  • You can create, update, and manage Service Requests all from within the Portal

Service Requests

  • Submit a Service Request using the new Service Request form on Contact us or via the Portal
  • You won’t be able to send new requests via email anymore
  • You’ll still receive email updates and can update open Service Requests by responding to them
