Did you receive a Welcome Letter?
The Support Portal Welcome Letters arrived on October 27, 2020. Whether or not you received a Welcome Letter will inform how you set up your account. Don’t worry if you didn’t get one, it’s still easy to get started:
- If you have a Welcome Letter, begin by clicking Create your Oracle account in Step 1 of your Welcome Letter.
- If you don’t have a Welcome Letter, begin with the Support Portal Sign in/Sign up.
Get started in three easy steps
- Fill out the form to set up your account.
- Follow the onscreen instructions and check your inbox for the verification email. It should be instant but may take a few hours to appear.
- Verify your email address (within 24 hours, or the verification link expires) to complete your account setup. You should see a message confirming your account is ready to use.
