Aconex lets you search within a project for:

You can also search:
When you search your Document Register, you’re searching the documents’ metadata.
The metadata is the information that you and your colleagues use to tag and identify the document within Aconex.
So as you can see, it’s very important to include as much accurate metadata as you can when you’re adding documents to Aconex.
When you search for Mail in Aconex, you’re searching Mail metadata and the mail body content.
Again, the content of documents attached to Mail isn’t searched, although you can narrow your search to mail with or without attachments.
