Log into your Aconex account using an authenticator app

An authenticator app helps us to ensure that you’re the only person who can access your Aconex account.

If you're required to use this kind of security, you'll be guided through the setup process by our Setup Wizard.

These instructions are for those who have set up the authenticator and logged in using the Setup Wizard, and now want to log in using the authenticator.

Bookmark this page so you can refer to it next time you log into a project that requires authentication.

  1. When you’re logging into an Aconex project that uses authentication, you’ll be asked to enter your verification code.

  2. Find the device you downloaded the authenticator app to.

  3. Tap the app.

  4. Find the Aconex verification code.

Tip!

If the code you enter doesn’t work, that may be for either of two reasons:

  • you ran out of time to enter that authenticator code
  • you made an error typing in the authenticator code.

Try again.

  1. Type the generated code into the box on the login page and click Authenticate.

  2. You’ll be taken to your project.
