Log into Oracle Aconex Mobile

How to log into Oracle Aconex Mobile, and reset a forgotten password.

Oracle Aconex Mobile uses the same login credentials as the main Aconex application. If you need to reset a forgotten password, you need to reset your password in the main Aconex application.  You cannot reset your password within the mobile app.

If you login to Aconex using SSO (Single Sign On), please follow these instructions to log into Oracle Aconex Mobile via your company's network.

Tip!

Note that Global Login is unsupported in the Oracle Aconex Mobile app at this time.

Logging in to Oracle Aconex Mobile

  1. Enter your Aconex login name and password.

Tip!

Your login name is case sensitive, and some devices may automatically capitalize the first letter that you enter, so please ensure you have entered your login name correctly. 

  1. Select your Project Location. This should be the same location as the one you use to log in to Aconex on your computer.
  2. Tap Log In.

This automatically takes you to the Home page on the Oracle Aconex Mobile app. If you have more than one project, you’ll go to the Project selection page where you can select the project you want to work on.  You can change your active project from the Project Selector at the top of the screen.

Tip!

If necessary, your projects maybe automatically updated with new mail and document templates, the current project directory, Field metadata (Issue Types, Project Fields for Issues, Assignee List, etc). The update happens after you select a project and can take a minute or more depending on the amount of data to download. You can use the pull-to-refresh on Listing pages to access any further updates. If you have only one project, this automatically happens when you log in.

  1. To logout, tap your name at the bottom of the screen, and then tap Log Out.
