What is Drawings for mobile?

View the current set of Drawings for your project on your mobile device

With Drawings you can:

  • Access the most current set of drawings.
  • Search for drawings.
  • Save drawings on the device for offline access.

What drawings will I see?

The Drawings you see in Oracle Aconex Mobile (and in the web app) are a subset of the documents in the document register. They are the latest versions of PDF drawings that are key and critical to project execution.

The set is defined by Project Admins working for the Aconex project-owning organization. They configure this from Setup > Project Settings > Documents > Drawings. See Define the current set of Drawings for your project.

By default, the set for Drawings is defined by the following criteria: 

  • Document Type = “Drawing” or “Shop Drawing” or “As Built Drawing” or "Plan"

and:

  • Status = “For Construction” or “Issued for Construction” or “As-built”

 

 

 

Tip!

When you first log into a new Aconex project, you may not see any drawings until someone in your organization starts to upload drawings, or someone from another organization transmits drawings to your organization.
