Why can’t I see anything in the document register?

When you log into a new Aconex project for the first time, you may not see any documents in your register.

You won’t see anything in your document register until:

  • someone in your organization starts uploading documents, or;
  • someone from another organization transmits documents to your organization.

If you have email notifications turned on, you’ll receive a notification in your email as soon as someone transmits documents or a mail you need to action.
