Synchronizing issues

Synchronize your issues and other work automatically in Oracle Aconex Mobile.

Oracle Aconex Mobile keeps all your work up to date as long as you are connected to the internet. If you don't have a stable internet connection, your work is saved on your device. As long as the app is open it will automatically start updating and synchronizing your work, as soon as there is an internet connection. 

Tip!

Note that if you refresh the module, and updates exist in Project Settings (for Issue Types and Project Locations for example) these are also downloaded at the same time, along with new issues and inspections data.

  1. You will see a small mobile icon next to the work items that are not yet synchronized.
  1. Pull down to refresh the list in the menu screen, issues list screen, inspections list screen and so on.
  2. Once your work is updated, you will see the mobile icon disappear and also get a confirmation that the work has been updated.

Sync errors

You will see a small error icon next to the work items that have sync errors, and all items which have sync errors can be seen in their respective listing pages. There is no separate sync report. Tap on the item with error to view the cause of the error in the item details page. Update the field that caused error, save and system will automatically queue the item up for synchronization.
