Assigning project roles

As the Project Administrator you can assign a role to an organization.

This will restrict the organization's access to certain: 

  • mail types
  • document types
  • document statuses.

 

  1. Click Setup.
  2. Under Project, click Project Settings.
  1. Select Mail/Documents Role Settings.
  1. For the new organization click the checkbox in the appropriate organization role column.
  2. You can apply more than one role, if required. This means the organization can use the mail types, document types and document status options specified by all the roles that you have applied.
  3. Click the Save button.
