Setting a project’s working week

Keep track of your projects workflows by setting up the working week.

The timeframes in Workflows operate on the basis of working days. But what are “working days”? These are the days teams work, which will differ between projects and locations.

Set a project’s working week to make sure your workflows stay on track.

Tip!

Changes to the working week will only take effect for workflows initiated after the change was saved. It will not update any workflows currently in progress.

  1. Click the Setup button on the Module Menu, and under Project, click Project Settings.
  1. Click the Reviews tab, then click Reviews.
  2. Here you will find the Project Working Week section. By default, the days Monday to Friday will be selected, but you can change this if your project teams work other days of the week.
  3. Click the checkboxes to select or deselect certain days of the week.
  4. Click Save in the top right-hand corner of the page to save your new settings.  Your changes will apply to workflows that are initiated on your project from this point forward.
