Projects are assigned to Organizations. Aconex Organizations are set up at the system level, allowing multiple projects to be assigned to a single organization. Once an Organization is set up, a Project is created and assigned to that organization.
An Administrator is set up for each Project. Once set up, the Administrator has the authority to enable access to that Project for other Organizations.
Users are created and assigned to Organizations. Any user assigned to an Organization can access information for all Projects for which the relevant Project Administrator has enabled access.
