View the details of a subworkflow created in your workflow

Take a closer look at subworkflows created by reviewers.

As the Workflow Initiator, you can see the details of subworkflows within your workflows, and view the documents attached to them.

Tip!

The number of the parent workflow is shown beside the subworkflow name, so you'll always know which workflow the subworkflow is part of.

  1. Choose your project from the Project Selector at the top of the page.
  1. Click Workflows in the Module Menu, and then under Search, click Workflows.
  1. Enter your search criteria and click the Search button.
  1. In the Action column for each document, you'll see a number of icons. Click the subworkflow icon to open the subworkflow in which a particular document is included.
  1. Click the workflow name to view the properties of the subworkflow if you need to.
  1. The page that displays will let you review the subworkflow properties.
