Find your User, Organization or Project ID

It can be useful to know your IDs when you're talking to Service Desk or Client Services.

Finding your User ID

  1. Click on Setup in the main menu.
  2. Under User, choose Account Details.
  3. Find your User ID just above your Title.

Tip!

Org Admins can also see User IDs for all the users within their organization from both the User Accounts List and Account Details.

Finding your Organization ID

  1. Click on Setup in the main menu.
  2. Under My Organization, choose Organization Details.
  3. Find your Org ID below the Trading Name.

Tip!

You can also see your Organization ID by clicking on the Org Name in either the Project or Global Directory.

Finding your Project ID

  1. From the Tasks page, look for Project Details at the top right of the page.
  2. Click the project logo just beneath Project Details.
  3. Find your Project ID near the top of the page.
