Forgotten your Aconex password?

Forgot your Aconex password or login details and need to reset them? Find out how to get a new one in seconds.

If you've forgotten your password or are locked out of your Aconex account, you can reset your password yourself to get back into Aconex.  Alternatively, you can ask your Org Admin to set a temporary password for you.

Tip!

Please note the Aconex application and Support Central (this website) are not the same thing: your login details are used to access Aconex and it’s modules. 

  1. Click the Forgotten your Login name/Password? link on the Aconex login page. 
  1. Enter your:
  • Login name in the Login Name field, or
  • Email address in the Email Address field.
  1. Click the Go button.
  2. Start your email application and check your Inbox. Also check your junk/spam folder in case the email was filtered there.  
  3. When you receive an Aconex Account Information email, open it and click the link to reset your password. 

Using 2 Step Verification? If you log into Aconex using 2 Step Verification, you'll see a page that asks you to enter your verification code. Once you've done this, you'll be taken to Step 6 below.

Tip!

 

Make sure you take a note of your login name in the email.  Your login name is case sensitive and generally NOT your email address. 

  1. Enter a new password in both the:
  • New Password field, and
  • Confirm New Password field.
  1. Click the Save button.
  1. You'll see a confirmation page. Click the Enter Aconex link to access Aconex.
