Access Global Login via your company’s network login (Single Sign On)

After creating your Global Login ID account, you can now log in using your company’s network login, also known as Single Sign On.

After creating your Global Login ID account, you can log in to Aconex using two methods: Via your company’s network login, also known as Single Sign On (SSO) which we'll show you how to do here, or by using your Global Login ID and password.

Some organizations will require users to use their SSO logins for anything work related. Technically, once you have associated your GL ID account with your SSO account, you can log in using either. 

1. Click the Use Global Login button on the Aconex login page, or go to login.aconex.com

2. Click on the Access via your company’s network login button.

3. Enter your work email address, then press “Continue”.

4. You will then be taken to a page asking for you to log in to your company’s network.
How this page looks like varies per company. If in case you forget what your company network login credentials are, contact your company IT/admin for help.

5. If this is your first time accessing Global Login using your company’s network login, you will be asked to supply your Global Login ID and password.

If this is not your first time, proceed to step 6.

6. After successful login, you’ll be taken to your projects dashboard, where you can see and access all your active projects.

you do not see any projects on your dashboard and instead see a welcome message, you may need to link your Aconex accounts first. Also check with your project admin if the project is active and you have access to it.
