Managing your Global Login ID

Modify your Global Login ID user details and password recovery.

To manage your Global Login ID account settings, click on your name in the top right corner of the screen and select My Global Login ID from the menu.

Update your personal account details

  1. Click in the First name and Last name fields to change your name details.
  2. Click the Save button

Change the password for your Global Login account

  1. Click “Change your password” and follow the instructions.
  2. Enter a new valid password and confirm.
  3. Click the “Save Password” button to save your new password.

Enable 2-Step Verification on your Global Login account

  1. Before you enable 2-Step Verification, you’ll need to add a back-up second step.
  2. Click on “Add backup second step” and add the phone number you want to use.
  3. Go back to My Accounts page and click Turn on 2-Step Verification, follow the instructions to turn it on.

Change your Global Login ID email address

  1. In the Email address section, click Change your email address.
  2. Enter a new email address to use as your Global Login ID and click the Save button.

The new email address you choose will become your new login email address for Global Login. You cannot use an email address that is already used for another Global Login account.

Change your Global Login ID to a different email address

  1. A verification email will be sent to the new email address.  Check your email inbox and click the Confirm email button in the email.
  2. You’ll be taken to Global Login where you will be asked to enter your password to complete verification.
  3. You can now log in to Global Login again using your new Global Login ID email address.

The email address you choose cannot be one already being used for a Global Login account.

Add one or more recovery email addresses

Recovery email addresses lets you recover your account in case you lose access to your primary email address. 

  1. In the Email address section, click Add recovery email address.
  2. On the next screen, enter the email address you wish to add as recovery.

 

You cannot use an email address that is already used for another Global Login account. You would need to remove the email address from the other Global Login account for you to use it.
  1. A verification email will be sent to the new email address.  Check your email inbox and click the Confirm email button in the email.
  2. Your email is now registered as the recovery email address for your Global Login account.
  3. Repeat steps 1-4 if you wish to add more recovery email addresses to your Global Login account.

For any account privacy-related concerns or requests, you can click on the email link found in the Privacy section of your Global Login ID page.  

You can also send an email to privacy@aconex.com with the subject, “Global Login Privacy Query.”
