Aconex Certified becomes Aconex Accredited

Aconex Certified is getting a big make-over!

In October 2020, Aconex Certified will re-launch as Aconex Accredited.

Along with a change in name, the learning content (previously hosted on Litmos) will move into Oracle University, providing you with a superior learning experience.

Unfortunately we are not able to transfer your existing learner accounts to Oracle University, due to data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR). For more details, see Oracle’s Services Privacy Policy.

You probably have noticed that we have started to implement the name change. Whilst we are trying to get this done as quickly as possible, there is quite a bit of work to do. So for a period of time you will find reference to both Aconex Certified, and Accredited. Please rest assured that they refer to the same thing!

New registrations on Litmos will be cut off soon. We ask existing users to retrieve their records (certificates/achievements) from their Litmos account as soon as possible.

What happens to my Aconex Certified account?

We are migrating from one system to another, which means that your current Aconex Certified account on Litmos, will be retired. You will lose access from October 1st, 2020.

Please log into Aconex Certified on Litmos to retrieve your completion records. Read on for instructions.

What do I need to do?

Download your certification(s):

  1. Log into Aconex Certified on Litmos.
  2. Click the Achievements tab.
  3. Download a PDF copy of your certificate(s).

Record your achievements:

  1. Log into Aconex Certified on Litmos.
  2. Click the Achievements tab.
  3. Take a screenshot of your Achievements and save the image somewhere safe.

What if I haven't managed to complete my learning on Litmos?

If you've been unable to complete the courses ahead of the move, do the following:

  1. Download what you've completed on Litmos using the instructions above.
  2. Continue your learning in Oracle University. The new Aconex Accredited courses can be accessed from any start point, so if you were halfway through a course, you can just carry on from the lesson you last completed on Litmos.

I need to complete an assessment assigned to my Litmos account. Do I still have time?

Assessments that have been assigned on Litmos, need to be completed and downloaded before October 1, 2020. Assessments purchased for use on Litmos cannot be transferred to Oracle University.

My organization made a bulk purchase of assessments and I've been given a code to use on Litmos. What happens if I don't use it before October 1, 2020?

The code that was issued for Litmos will become void on October 1, 2020. However, unused Litmos codes will be converted to Oracle University Activation codes, and issued to the email address linked to the original purchase. Please contact if you have questions regarding your organization's unused codes.

I've achieved certification for Aconex Certified on Litmos, do I need to retake the assessment for Accredited on Oracle University?

Certificates which were completed on Litmos stay valid and won’t have to be redone on Oracle University. However, you need to follow the steps above to retrieve your certificates from Litmos before October 1, 2020 when you lose access to your Litmos account.
We turned off the requirement for the certificate to be renewed on an annual basis so your certificate will not have a "valid until" date on it.

Will I receive a certificate if I complete the assessment on Oracle University?

We are moving away from issuing certificates. However, upon completion of the assessment on Oracle University, you can earn digital badges, which can be posted on LinkedIn.

Where can I find more information about this change?
