Bulk Processing Webinar

We've recorded our most popular training courses so that you can learn from the Aconex experts when it's most convenient to you.
Questions asked in this webinar:

I get a lot of unknown errors on my metadata template and I can’t seem to fix them. What should I do?

Unknown errors can sometimes be the result of formatting markers in Excel. We recommend that you save your metadata template to CSV format instead, to reduce the likelihood of these errors.

I have a large Bulk processes to run. How long it will take to complete?

The time will vary for each upload you do. It depends on:

  • the number of files you’re uploading
  • the number of document fields and data sets that need to be completed as part of the process
  • your internet connection speed.
We’ll send you an email confirmation so you’ll know as soon as your bulk processing job has finished.

I ran a bulk process last month and wanted to use the result report from that one to create another bulk process. But when I look at the list of bulk processing jobs, I can’t find it. Where did the details of that job go?

By default all bulk processing jobs delete themselves from the job list after one month. If you need to, you can change that timeframe to one year. Note that this only removes the job report and metadata template from the bulk processing job list. It doesn’t affect the documents in the register.
