Questions asked in this webinar:

What’s the largest number of documents I can add to a workflow?

There’s no real limit to the number of documents you can add to a workflow but there is a limit on the amount that you can add to a workflow transmittal. There’s also a limit to the number of documents a person can review in a day.

If I reject a document, will it move back to the previous step in the workflow?

No. If a review is rejected, the only options are:
  • the workflow continues
  • the workflow is terminated and returned to the initiator.

Can I get someone else to review a document that I’ve been sent in a workflow?

You can delegate a document review to someone else in your organization. It will appear in the Awaiting Your Review section on their Tasks page.
