Give a group of users permission to unlock documents

If you're an Org Admin you can give your users permission to unlock documents.
  1. Confirm that the correct project is selected.
  2. Click Setup.
  3. Select Configure User Role Settings.
  4. Under Documents, General locate the Unlock any document row.
  5. Select Grant from the dropdown list.
Lock Unlock Permissions
