Edit a tender response when you're not an Aconex user

You can change all details of your tender response, including adding files from your computer or local network up to the tender closing date and time.

Sending a new submission will replace the submission you have already sent.  Make sure you do not remove any important information from your submission. 

  1. Open notification email from Aconex in your local email system (for example, Microsoft Outlook).
  2. Click on the link to open the tender invitation.
  1. Click the Submission tab (this is your response).
  2. Click the Edit button.
  1. Change the text in the Cover Letter field as required.

  1. To remove an existing attachment, click the bin icon to the right of the filename under the Remove column.

  1. To add attachments to your response:
    1. Click the Attach button.

  1. Click the Browse button, browse to the file you want to attach, and click the Open button.
  2. To add another file, click the Attach another file link and return to step b.
  3. Click the Attach button to upload all of the selected files.

  1. Click the Send button.

  1. Click the OK button in the confirmation message.
    A confirmation message will appear when the response has been sent.
