Editing a multiple-select document field for your project

Edit values for multi-select document field types - for example, Attribute fields.

The multiple select fields on your project may have been renamed from the default name of Attribute.

  1. Click the Setup button on the Module Menu, and then under Project, click Project Settings.

  1. Click the Document Fields tab.
  2. Scroll to the name of the multiple select field you want to edit list values for.
  3. Click the Edit link in the List Values column.

  1. You will then see a message saying:
    “This action involves navigating to a different screen. Do you wish to save any unsaved changes?”
  2. Click the Save Changes button in the confirmation message.
  3. In the Define Select List... window enter the field value text in the text box. To add multiple values, press the Enter key and enter the value text on the next line.
  4. Click the Add link to add your new list values.

  1. To remove a list value, select the checkbox in the Remove column.
  2. Click the Save button.
