Export Mail as PDF or EML with index

Create a PDF or EML index for your Scheduled Archive.
  1. From the Dashboard, Click either:
  • Export as Document spreadsheet.
  • Export as Mail PDF spreadsheet.
  • Export as Mail EML spreadsheet.
Generating an Index
  1. Next select the Index you wish to generate by clicking the Generate button.

  1. Select Yes when presented with the following dialog: ‘You are about to generate an index of your archive data. Dependent on the size of the archive this could take some time. Do you wish to continue?’ 
click Yes

The generated Index will be saved to your computer.
 

  1. To view the generated Index file, navigate to the folder on your computer where your archive was installed and open the index folder.  Your generated file will be found here.
