A new and improved Global Login launches Tuesday 19th January 2021
We’ve had a lot of great feedback about the Global Login. It’s made Aconex simpler and more convenient, especially for our users working with multiple accounts and projects. However, we’re confident Global Login can offer even more. We’ve been listening to what you’ve been telling us. As a result, we’re excited to be releasing a revamped sign-in experience.
The Lobby is the new and improved entry point for Aconex. Just like with Global Login, you’ll be able to access all your Oracle Construction and Engineering projects with a single login, but you’ll also experience improved usability and functionality. Find out more
Lots of projects? No problems – finding projects is now easier with our improved search.
Choose what projects you want to keep readily accessible with our new favorites function. No need to scroll through a long list of projects to get to what you need.
See important project details at a glance. You won’t have to click into a project to get key information like the project code and finish date – it’ll be displayed on the project card or in the project listing, depending on your preferred view setting.
Add and remove links to user accounts with a click. You can keep your accounts up-to-date without having to contact our Support team.
Choose the layout which best suits you. You can view your projects in a visual card layout or in a space-efficient list. Enjoy a new-look design which focuses on color and key project details, making it easier to find what you’re looking for at a glance.
When you access The Lobby with SSO, you’ll be authenticated for all your user accounts across all Aconex instances and organizations. IT admins will have a self-managed SSO dashboard that lets them manage the SSO configurations across all user accounts.
The switchover from Aconex Global Login to The Lobby has been delayed, while we finalise SSO configurations. It will take place overnight on 18th January 2021, and be visible on Tuesday 19th January 2021.
There will be no interruption to service - Global Login will be available until the update occurs.
The good news? You don’t need to do anything! After the upgrade, you’ll sign in the same way. Simply go to login.aconex.com and use the same email address and password you usually do to sign in. Once you sign in, you’ll be in The Lobby and able to enjoy the improved experience.
