These bugs are gone

• A bug sometimes occurred preventing you from editing the user list with confidentiality status for documents in bulk. This is fixed and you can now update these lists correctly.
• We've also fixed the bug a couple of you encountered when superseding a document with autonumbering. This supersedes correctly now and not as a new document.
• The 50 characters limit is now enforced for the Alternate Doc No document field when using Import Metadata. If you try exceeding the limit, you'll see an error message in the metadata log file.

Improvements and fixes

This bug is gone

• Thanks for reporting the bug preventing the multi-select project field from being searchable in Packages.
• We've fixed the bug and you'll now see the search results you expect.

Improved bulk package exports

• Save time: you can now bulk export the transmittal history in Packages.
• We tidied the buttons on the Export Packages in Bulk message. The export button is now on the right, matching the single export message.

Autonumbering Documents on mobile

• Mobile now supports autonumbering for Documents.
• Documents uploaded on your mobile device will now have autonumbering applied, if configured for the chosen document type on your project.

Line items, now with unlimited drawings

• You can now attach unlimited drawings, direct from the Drawings Register.
• This extends last month’s release where Inspectors can attach unlimited files direct from the Document Registry.
• Drawings need to be in batches of five.
• Files are automatically checked for duplicates.
• All files are attached as local copies; they can't be superseded and metadata is not included.
• You can attach files up to 100mb in size.
• Line item attachments are included in any PDF report exports.
• Available for both web and mobile.

Adding more project fields

• Date, number, and Boolean fields can now be used on Issue types.
• Previously, Project Admins and Inspectors could add single-select, multiple-select, text, and text area project fields.
• With this release they can add any standard Project fields from Aconex, including dates, currencies, yes/no responses.
• Available on both web and mobile.

• We've optimized detailed objects so that you can load more models into the viewer.

An extra import option

• We've added import option for manual fields.
• Now you can update just the internal and manual fields or use the full standard import.
• Choose the import type on the Import pay items window.

We'll add the numbers

• Several number fields are now autopopulated when creating a contract change from the contracts lower grid.
• The fields are:
  • change number
  • change item number
  • pay item number

More details on the Projects grid and report

• Do you have several projects with different reporting periods?
• We've made it easier to see the reporting period with start and end dates.
• You can see the dates on the projects grid in the cost worksheet reports.

Improvements and fixes

More support for mail forms data

• You'll find mail form as a new supporting subject area under Mail.
• Now you can filter on mail forms in reports and via the data model editor.
• All project field types except Select List (Single) and User (Any) are supported for filtering.

Improving the experience

• We've changed Connected Cost to just Cost on the report information pop-up window. This makes the name consistently used.
• Some recently added standard reports only displayed their name and description in English. Now the names on these reports will show in your selected preferred language:
  • Field Punchlists
  • Contract Detail
  • Contract Change Detail
  • Contract Summary
  • Payment Application Detail
  • Change Event Detail.
