Our new document search makes it easier to find what you need fast

• We’ve moved the Document Register, Drawings, and Temporary Files tabs to the left navigation pane. This allows more search results to be visible on your screen.
• Add or remove columns to help you see the most important information when you search.
• Choose from a range of filters to make your search easier. What’s more, you can pin your favorites, so your search is customized for you.
• As you scroll through your search results the column heading will always be visible, so you’ll always know what it relates to.

Tasks and Mail on your mobile device, wherever you are

• Create, send, and view mail  while you’re on the move.
   
• Find what you need in seconds with our upgraded mail search and filtering.
   
• Keep up to date with your Tasks direct from the mobile home screen.
   
• Switch from the Oracle Aconex Mail and Docs app to Oracle Aconex Mobile; we’ll be retiring the Mail and Docs app and adding new features to Aconex Mobile.

Working in Field got a whole lot easier

• Ensure the right people are added to your project with the correct role. Add users from any organization to your Field project and update their roles at any time. 
   
• Provide your inspectors with important information  related to their inspections. Attached files are immediately available on-site from the mobile app during the inspection. 
   
• Complete defecting faster, with the copy issue feature.
  Easily copy an existing defect  and make adjustments to create similar issues in no time.
   
• Share quality exports with your team. PDF issue reports now include a visual summary of the status of your issues, high-resolution photos and comments between other organizations.
