Eine beantwortete Mail wird in Dashboards als abgeschlossen angezeigt. Warum?
In Dashboards konfigurierte Prozesse gelten nur für die Dashboards. Sie wirken sich nicht auf andere Bereiche von Aconex wie Mail oder Dokumente aus.
Dieses Szenario kann zum Beispiel auftreten, wenn Ihr Prozess so konfiguriert ist, dass er nach X Tagen automatisch geschlossen wird. Das bedeutet, dass Sie den Status "Beantwortet" sehen, wenn Sie die Mail selbst anzeigen. In den Dashboards ist der Prozess jedoch aufgrund der Konfiguration des Prozesses in den Dashboards "Abgeschlossen".
Die Dashboard-Konfiguration schließt die Mail nicht selbst ab.
Are there any performance limits applied to Aconex API services?
There are reasonable limits that apply to both volume and frequency of requests an API caller can make using Aconex web services. These limits have been put in place to ensure the quality of service is maintained for all, especially users of the Aconex web interface. See Aconex Web Services Performance Throttling
Kann ich auf frühere Versionen von Modellen zugreifen?
Yes. In the data model editor, after adding the subject areas and required attributes/columns you will see the option Custom Heading which can be used to rename a data field or attribute label. The custom label will apply in the layout only.
Can I add a new attribute value using Aconex API?
Currently there are no API services for project settings available.
Solution: Changes are carried out using Aconex Web App.
Can I add attributes from different subject areas (that are not linked) in the same chart?
We don't recommend this. While the offline editor allows you to drag and drop attributes from different subject areas (that are not linked) in the same chart, doing so will give you incorrect output.
Can I attach an Aconex document to a mail I’m sending through Outlook?
