Learn how to manage local files you've added to Models.
From your models list click the Local Files tab.
Click the three dots menu for a model.
From the menu you can choose:
View Event Log to see which users in your organization have made changes to the model.
View Details to see Administrators and Editors and download revisions of the model. If you have permission you can change the name of the model, and add or remove Administrators and Editors.
Upload New Revision to upload a new version of the model from your computer. You can only do this if you are an Administrator or Editor of the model stack. You can also use the Revit plugin to upload model revisions.
Remove from list to remove the model from the project. Note: This removes access to ALL of its revisions for ALL project members, not just your organization.
Who can access models added as local files?
By default all users with access to Models can view, navigate and download the model.
If you add a local file you are its Administrator. You can add Editors and Administrators for it.
Editors can upload a new model revision and add more editors.
Administrators can rename or remove the model and add/remove Editors/Administrators.
