The Roundup featuring releases March 2025 through to July 2025

Welcome to the Roundup for August 2025. In this issue, we revisit releases March 2025 through to July 2025, and highlight some features you may have missed.

Split a PDF into separate documents

  • Does your PDF have multiple pages that need to be registered as separate documents?
  • Now you can upload your PDF and we'll split each page as a new file in your temporary files area, ready to be registered as separate documents.
  • This saves you time from using external tools to manually extract each page.

Measurements, markups, and more in Models

  • All Model Coordination features such as measurements, markups, issues, and clash detection are now available to all users on all projects.
  • Unlock the power of Model Coordination on your project today.

Flatten your markups

  • Flatten markups on up to 200 PDFs so they can no longer be moved or edited.
  • This makes annotations and stamps a permanent, unchangeable part of the document(s).

Save time managing your mailing groups

  • It's easier to add or remove a user from multiple mailing groups. Simply click a user in the directory and choose which mailing groups they need to be included in. You'll need to have the Bulk Edit Mailing Groups of User permission granted to your user role.
  • A new filter on the directory screen also makes it easy to find only users or mailing groups.

Noteworthy mentions

  • Create up to 20 custom review outcomes (such as Approved, or Rejected) in package reviews.
  • Do you have outstanding mail stuck in your tasks. The new No Action Required mail status allows you to close off a mail thread without being the initiator, so it no longer appears as an outstanding task.
  • When searching workflows, add the Document Created By column to see the name of the organization that created the document.
  • The new Module Management screen in your project's settings lets you turn off modules (such as Tenders, Field and Packages) that are not required for a particular project.
  • In Cost, mail attached to a payment application or contract change can now be set as shared or private. This helps you provide the relevant mail to the organizations you are working with.
  • Hide projects for everyone in your organization in one go.
  • Update your organization's OAuth Clients directly from the Lobby. If your organization uses Basic Auth for Aconex integrations, you can now create and manage integration IDs within Aconex.
