Set up and run your custom Oracle report.
The custom project participant report has been tailored for your organization. If your organization has registered separate Aconex organizations (for example to manage different divisions), you may want the report to display user details for those related organizations. To do this you need to set your organization's email address, so the report knows which organizations are related.

Note: You cannot view complete details for users in other external organizations.
This report is only available to selected customers. If you do not see this report, your organization is not entitled to this limited release.
Follow these steps to set up each of your affiliated Aconex organizations. This allows your custom report to display complete user details for those organizations. If you have organizations registered in different Aconex instances, make sure you consider those too. Note: Newly added organizations will not appear in existing reports, you'll see them in the next month's report.
The domain name after the @ is what's important here. Make sure it's consistent in all affiliate organizations. The email account itself doesn’t have to exist, so you could enter anything before the @. For example aconexreports@majesticbuilders.com, or noreply@majesticbuilders.com, but it may be easier to enter your own.
