If you want to, you can sign in to the Lobby. Use the Lobby if you are an Organization Administrator or you have multiple Aconex accounts, as the Lobby lets you see all your accounts, projects, and applications in one place.
Why do you need one?
A Lobby account gives you quick access to all your licensed applications within Oracle's Smart Construction Platform. With your email address as the only username you need to remember, you can link all your application accounts to your Lobby account, so you no longer have to remember multiple usernames.
Plus, Lobby accounts are managed by Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Identity and Access Management (IAM), making your data even more secure.

How can I log in to the mobile app with my Lobby account?
Aconex Mobile has a unique experience because it allows for different login options. These options will gradually be removed and replaced with a single login experience that matches the Aconex web application.

How do I know if I have Lobby account?
Follow these steps to help you identify if you already have a Lobby account.
1. First, you should try and create one. Log into Aconex and click Setup. Then click Create Lobby account. You can follow the steps explained here to do this.
If you see a message that your Aconex account is already linked, this means you have a Lobby account. An example of this message is shown in the image below.
2. If the Create Lobby account option doesn't appear on the Setup menu, this means you already have a Lobby account.
Click the change email address icon on the sign in screen. You'll be taken back to the screen to enter an email address.
I receive an error saying my Aconex account is already linked. Help!
An Aconex account can only be linked to a single Lobby account. This ensures the integrity of Aconex's auditing and traceability features.
If you can't see this Aconex account listed, it means it's already linked to another Lobby account.
What are the password requirements for my account and how often do I need to reset it?
Your password expires after 120 days and must be changed. This helps keep your data safe and protected.
Your password must be between 8 to 40 characters. It must contain at least one lowercase letter, and one uppercase letter.
Your account will be locked if you enter an incorrect password five times and you must reset your password.
You cannot reuse any of your previous four passwords.
Your password cannot contain your first name, last name or username.
Note: If your organization manages its user accounts with an Identity Domain, the password requirements and expiry may be different. Please ask your Org Admin if you are unsure.
