Every Aconex instance undergoes scheduled maintenance each week. The standard maintenance window is two hours. High Compliance instances require a six-hour maintenance window. Aconex is unavailable to users during this time.
Use the table below to find the weekly maintenance start time for your Aconex instance. Times are shown in the local time for each location and reflect daylight saving time where applicable. If additional maintenance is required outside the regular window, we’ll post a notification on Statuspage.
