Access and use documents from a datastore.
Open the Aconex Local Copy Viewer and open your datastore.
Click the:
Show All Columns button to see all the available fields.
Show Default Columns button to display the standard document fields.
Click the document’s:
title in the Title column, or
Option icon, then click Properties.
Click either the document’s:
File icon, then click the Open button, or
Option icon, which looks like a down-pointing arrow, and then click Open File.
Click the file icon to the left of the document number.
Click Save.
Browse to the location where you want to save the file and click the Save button.
Click the Close button in the confirmation message.
Click the document’s title in the Title column and click View Event Log button. Or
Click the Option icon to the left of the document number, then select Event Log.
Click the Show Document History checkbox.
Click the Search button.
