What is Single Sign-On (SSO)?

Oracle Aconex offers Single Sign-On (SSO) for your organization to log in.

Oracle Aconex offers Single Sign-On (SSO) for your organization to log in. It uses SAML-based identity federation using an Oracle Identity Domain.

Single Sign-On (or SSO) lets you log in to a system once and access many applications without logging in again. Meaning you no longer have to manage lots of login details. Plus it makes it easier for organizations to control access for everyone.

For example, you log into your organization's corporate network. Then you access Aconex without entering login details again.

Benefits of SSO
  • Users only need to remember one set of credentials to access multiple applications. This reduces the burden of managing multiple login credentials, prevents password fatigue, and increases security.
  • Get centralized control over user access to applications and services, reducing the risk of unauthorized access and ensuring consistent security policies.
  • Configure password rules and expiry periods for your organization.
  • Achieve compliance with regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX by providing centralized access control and audit trails. Monitor user activity and access logs to ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
