Setting up and exporting packages and column data to a spreadsheet or CSV.
In Aconex you can export the details of your packages to a spreadsheet or CSV quickly and easily. This makes it easier to report on your Package Register, build statistics in Excel and add new information to your reports over time.
The export contains:
Note that when you run an export, it doesn't contain the actual documents or mail inside of the packages. Unlike other exports from Aconex which are normally sent to the Temporary folder, this file is downloaded to your local drive.
If package hierarchies are enabled on your project, the first column visible in the export will be the Package Hierarchy Path. This is a concatenated list of all ancestor packages up to the highest level of your register, with each package number separated by a “.” character. The package hierarchy path for a package at the top level of the hierarchy is it's own package number only.
