Automated hiding of inactive users in the global directory

Keeping Oracle Aconex up to date with active, engaged users.

We're identifying user accounts that have not logged in or used Aconex for over 12 months.  These user accounts will be automatically hidden in the global directory. This means they will not be able to be invited to any more projects. They will still remain visible in any projects they are invited to.

If your account is identified we'll send you an email with the subject Upcoming changes to your Oracle Aconex account. This email contains the login name, organization name, and instance of the Aconex account identified as being inactive on Oracle Aconex.

If you've received this email, check the details listed in the email. You may have an inactive account in another organization or instance. If you wish to keep this Aconex account visible in the Global Directory, you need to log into it. If no action is taken, the account will be hidden as per the email.

Example email 1

Upcoming changes to your Oracle Aconex account

Dear Aconex user,

It's been some time since you last logged in to Oracle Aconex.

As part of our standard directory and communication management practices, after twelve months of inactivity you're no longer considered to be an 'active' user.

This means:

Your account details will be automatically hidden in the Global Directory and other organizations will not be able to invite you to projects.

We won't send you emails highlighting product changes and updates. If you don't log in within the next week, we'll send you a final reminder email before the above changes take place.

Please contact Oracle Support if you have any questions.
