Manage Lobby Administrators

Lobby administrators manage your organization in the Lobby.

Just like with Aconex Org Admins, Lobby Admins are users with extra responsibilities. They can add or remove users and link projects in the Lobby.

We'll give Aconex Org Admins the Lobby Admin status automatically when their Lobby account is created. 

Each organization should have more than one Lobby Admin.

Note: a Lobby Admin cannot remove this role from themselves. Another Lobby Admin will need to do this for them.

How to find out who the Lobby Admins are?

  1. Choose Organizations from the menu in the top left of the navigation bar.
  1. Choose an organization from the Organization List and click the View users button.

From the user list, you can see the Lobby Admins. They have a shield in the Admin column. In this example, Courtney Henry is a Lobby Admin.

Create an administrator

  1. Select the user or users and click the three dots menu.
  2. From the menu, choose Assign Lobby Admin Role.

Removing an administrator

  1. Select the user or users and click the three dots menu.
  2. From the menu, choose Remove Lobby Admin role.
