Force a Local Copy job update

You don’t have to wait for a job to update as scheduled — you can force an update yourself.

If you need to, you can force Local Copy to update a job immediately, instead of waiting for the next scheduled update. 

Tip!

You can’t force an update for a job with a status of Paused, whose license is expired, or that's is not yet activated. So long as the job has a status of Available, Available With Error, Available With RollBack, Scheduled, or Error, you can force it to update.

  1. From the Start menu, click All Programs > Aconex > Local Copy > Local Copy Manager.

  2. Click View Jobs.

  3. Select the checkbox to the left of each Local Copy job you want to force an update for.

  4. Click Force Update.
