Aconex Archives provide you with an accurate and searchable copy of all of your organization’s project correspondence and documents, including its metadata. An archive can be created at any stage of the project, at regular intervals or at completion, depending on your needs.
There are three ways to work with Aconex Archives:
An Online Archive is your premium solution, providing access to all your organization’s project information and correspondence held on the Aconex collaboration platform securely in the cloud from any location.
Project Archive is an on-premise copy of your organization’s registered project documents and sent, received and draft Mails.
Before your archive is generated, please enable all document fields that were used during your project to ensure the correct field label is accurately captured in your archive. Otherwise, the default field name for the field will be used in your archive.
Scheduled Archive is on on-premise application that downloads your organization’s registered project Documents and sent, received and draft Mails on a chosen routine.
