Archiving a Project

Every project participant is allowed to order an archive for his data and every other data he has access to. The archive can be downloaded as a ZIP file in the form of a download link. If you want to order an archive for your colleagues or other projects participants too, then you to have their compliance.

Note: Please note that you need a signed agreement from other participants to receive their data. If you request an archive and only mark yourself as a participant, you will receive an exact copy of the data you have access to in the project space. Marking other participants is just necessary if you want to have the documents, messages, etc. of the marked participants in a summarized form. This is data on which you have not yet had access in the project. Hence the declaration of consent. An ORACLE employee will contact you in any case and explain the necessary steps.

1. Go to the "Administration" application and select the menu item "Participants". 
2. Select the participants for which you want to order an archive.
3. Click on the "Archive" button.
4. Select the language and time zone that will be used to display the data.
5. Click on "Send request" to order the archive.
   
6. Once the request is sent, the Archive Encryption Key is generated and it is stored in the Archive Orders section on the Start page of the platform. Simply click on "My profile" there.
