Support other organizations by accessing their Cost workspace without needing a separate Aconex account.
Many organizations engage external consultants to perform project management, cost management, quantity surveyor, financial consulting, and similar services. These require the external consultant to work in Cost and act on the other organization's behalf.
Cost allows you to work within another organization's workspace, avoiding the need for multiple Aconex accounts for each organization you support.

Accessing an external workspace is not the same as collaborating on a shared contract. You do not need external workspace access to share or respond to a shared contract.
Once the client organization has granted you access to their workspace, you can change workspaces to see their data.
