Resolve a corrupt or infected file

What happens if you receive a warning when interacting with a file in Aconex.

Files uploaded to Aconex are scanned for viruses and other malicious content. This further protects your organization against threats, and reduces the risk of infected files being shared, in addition to your organization's existing antivirus measures.

If Aconex detects that a file in your project is corrupt or infected, it will isolate it to prevent it from being downloaded or shared. Isolated files cannot be retrieved. For example, if you try to download an infected file, you'll see a message that the file is infected and cannot be downloaded. If you zip download multiple files, any infected files detected in the zip will be replaced with a text file to advise it cannot be downloaded.
