Download a document

Download a document you want to work with at the click of a button.

  1. Select the project you’re working on from the Projects dropdown.
  2. Find the document you want to download using the Aconex document search.
  3. A file icon appears alongside each document in the search results list.
  4. Click the file icon to download the file.
  1. (Optional) In some browsers, you’ll see a window that asks you to confirm the download. Click the Save File button.
  2. That’s it. You’ll be able to open the file from the location to which your machine saves downloaded files.

Tip!

If you're having trouble downloading files, it's possible your organization manages a corporate firewall or allowlist. You can ask your organization's IT department to allow *.customer-oci.com through the firewall to allow files to be downloaded.
